Ephesians
Ephesus is the fourth largest city in the Roman Empire. Ephesus was filled with false deities. The worship of Artemis was prominent in the city and provided a valuable source of income for the inhabitants there. Worshipers of Artemis made pilgrimages there and artisans made silver objects for worship. God sent the Apostle Paul with the Gospel of Jesus Christ that could set people free from this false worship.
Ephesians is a powerful letter and the message it carries is just as important today as it was in the first century. Join us each Sunday as we walk through Paul's Letter to the Ephesians. This series began January 26, 2025.
